Whiskey & Wine Festival
Put away those passports and come experience the best Whiskey and wine from Napa to Ireland right here in Houston. The Whiskey & Wine Festival will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018, from 7:00 to 10:00 pm at the India House Ballroom. Our experts of the finest wineries and distilleries are set to serve a variety of samples from all over the country. Whiskey and Wine not your thing? Don’t fear! There will be other spirits available including Tequila, Cider, and Bourbon from local entrepreneurs. In addition, we will have an EXCLUSIVE GRAND TASTING of bites from local restaurants.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to THE STOP HUMAN TRAFFICKING INITIATIVE. Human trafficking is a form of modern slavery that occurs in every state, including Texas. The NHTH works closely with service providers, law enforcement, and other professionals in Texas to serve victims and survivors of trafficking, respond to human trafficking cases, and share information and resources. Texas is ranked number two (2) in Human Trafficking Crimes.
Houston Whiskey Events hosts events tailored toward whiskey lovers and coinsurers in the Greater Houston area. We believe in providing an environment that fosters relationship building through social interaction. As a part of our movement we give back to our community by donating a portion of our proceeds from each event to various non-profit organizations in the Greater Houston area.
